What you control, what we control, and what the contract enforces.

Your keys, your coins

Private keys live in Privy's secure enclaves, not on our servers. We cannot:

Read or export your keys
Send your funds anywhere except our contracts, under the cap you granted
Take your Stock Tokens after they're in your wallet
Prevent you from withdrawing uninvested funds

Contract-enforced limits

The contract enforces these limits. We can't bypass them.

On or off

Round-ups are either watching your wallets or they are not, on every chain at once. There is no weekly dollar cap to set.

Only your pot, only your stocks

Spare change can only land in your own reserve. Purchases can only be the stocks you picked, inside the slippage on that mandate.

Price protection

A chain's own coin is only converted within 1% of the Chainlink price. Without a fresh price, that round-up is skipped rather than taken at a bad rate.

A signer with a fence around it

Centurion signs for your wallets through Privy, under a policy that only allows our contracts, on the chains we list, and a value cap. Anything else is refused before it is signed. Turn round-ups off in Setup and nothing more is taken.

What you can do instantly

Turn round-ups off: One button in Setup, and it is off on every chain.
Export your keys: Every wallet's private key is yours to take, any time, from the Wallets page.
Withdraw uninvested funds: Spare change that hasn't been invested yet is yours to take back.
Change your stocks: New picks apply to your next purchase.

What we can do

Our system can:

Take round-ups, only into your own pot.
Buy stocks, but only the ones you picked.
Decide when to buy.
Send the Trade-page swaps you place.
Move cash into and out of your reserve, when you ask.
Claim your rewards, when you ask.

If we tried to go past your limits, the transaction would fail.

What happens if Centurion disappears

Your Stock Tokens sit in your wallet. Trade them anywhere, or hold them. We have no claim on them.

You can withdraw uninvested funds yourself. Nothing we control can block it.

Your wallets are yours: export the keys and use them anywhere, on any chain. Nothing of Centurion's is needed to do that.

Verify yourself

Every contract is source-verified on the block explorer, so the deployed code is public and you can read it without taking our word for anything.
